INFORMATION FOR VENDORS AT THE
‘ACX GOES
SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 11TH, 7 A.M. TO 3 P.M.
Welcome to your B2B largest annual event for ACX members!
Here is some information to help you plan for the best sales day ever!
1. The Trade Fair occupies the entire lower level of the Glendale Civic Auditorium. There will be arrows directing you to the unloading area.
2. Unloading/set up will begin at 7:30 a.m. - not before that. Once you have Unloaded, please move your vehicle to the upper parking lot, to allow the next vendor to get close to the doors. There will be dollies to help transport your goods to your booth.
3. ACX will have ready for each vendor:
• 8 foot long tables by 2.5 feet;
• Black tablecloths for each table;
• A sign for your booth with your company name;
• Sales Vouchers and 2 free meals for each vendor;
• We have respected your request for plugs, trellises and back walls;
• Floor layout, to show you where your booth is located;
• Coffee, Juice, and water will be waiting for you during setup and some muffins, snacks and bagels in the early morning. (7-9AM).
4. See the vendor instructions for information regarding how to handle ‘ Platinum Star Card’ and ‘Prepaid Card’ purchases.
5. There are numerous outlets in the building; however, you should bring an extension cord or two, if you are using electricity for your booth.
6. We suggest you bring: Pens, calculators, change for tax collections, and other items you normally need for your booth.
7. You are responsible for collecting sales tax on all merchandise sold at your booth. TAX CANNOT BE BILLED THROUGH ACX!!
8. Doors will open to shoppers at 10:00 a.m., so booths should be ready by 9:00 a.m. when an ACX broker will be coming by to answer any questions you have before the sales start. Booths must remain open until 3 p.m., unless, of course, you sell out!
9. There will be a SALES BLOW-OUT starting at 2 pm. If you have items you wish to discount during this sales blow-out (don’t want to have to load it back up), let one of the runners know, and we will have it announced.
10. A GOOD SUGGESTION: Have at least two people manning your booth...after all; you will want to shop, too!
Bonne Bouffe is our vendor with lunch plus California Brain Chill with fruit smoothies.
