*ACX’S PREPAID CARD*
"Peel and Seal"
PREPAID LOGISTICS:
1. All your ACX commissions/fees must be current (paid) in order to shop at the Fair.
2. You shop with an “ACX Prepaid Card” by ordering the card and paying the commissions in advance.
3. You use “ACX Prepaid Card” to pay for your purchases. Just “peel n seal” the deal. No authorization is necessary.
4. You pay any cash tax amount for your purchases directly to the Fair Vendor as you purchase.
5. During the transaction you peel off the $ amount of the item you are buying and seal it on the voucher. The Vendor writes up an ACX Sales Voucher for the amount of your purchases.
WHY A PREPAID CARD?
By issuing you a Prepaid Card, the seller can see exactly what amount of ACX$ you can spend, or is left after each transaction. This is a very simple way to keep track of your purchases that day.
WHAT DO YOU DO WITH THE CARD AFTER THE FAIR?
You KEEP IT!
The card can be used after the trade fair - you can use it to buy at the ACX showroom or consult our www.acxbarter.com/trade website with the members accepting Pre-Paid cards as long as there is a balance of trade left on it. The seller calls in for an authorization at the time of purchase, as usual. Also, you can add to the amount at a later date!
REMEMBER, THE PREPAID CARD CAN ALSO BE PURCHASED FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES, RELATIVES, TOP CLIENTS, ETC. SO THEY CAN ALSO SHOP AT THE FAIR, OR USE THE CARD ELSEWHERE.

The recipient will be given their OWN ACX Pre-Paid card, and the commissions charged to your account at the time the card is issued. One nice thing - if you wish to add more trade to their card at a future date, just let us know!
